Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receipt if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

How to Request

Processing

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
